An 87-year-old Celoron man was killed Sunday afternoon in a two-vehicle accident that occurred after he suffered a medical emergency, Chautauqua County sheriff's officials reported today.
James F. Bush was pronounced dead at the scene, on Route 60 in the Town of Gerry, following the accident that occurred at about 3:30 p.m.
Bush's vehicle crossed the center line of the road and struck a vehicle driven by Sarah A. Ficarro, 21, of Owego, authorities said. She was taken to WCA Hospital, where she was expected to be released after treatment, sheriff's officials said.
