HANOVER - An Ohio man was charged early Monday with driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended New York driver's license in this Chautauqua County town, sheriff's deputies said.
Chautauqua County Sheriff' deputies said that while checking out a disabled vehicle on Routes 5 and 20, near Allegany Road, about 12:45 a.m. they determined the driver was intoxicated and that he wasn't entitled to drive in this state.
Shone F. Buchanan, 29, of Columbus was charged aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and DWI and directed to appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
