LAKEWOOD - A motorcyclist who lives in Jamestown is accused of felony driving while intoxicated in connection with a Friday traffic arrest on Fairmount Avenue.
State Police said Frank Salapek, 57, was charged after Trooper Robert Morris pulled him over for erratic driving.
Salapek refused to take a breathlyzer test, and a record check whoed that he had recorded two DWI convictions within the past ten years, so he was charged with a felony, police said.
