North Forest Office Space, the commercial office suite developer known for its cookie-cutter designs and peaked roofs, says that it has started construction at two office parks in suburban Denver and Rochester, and will welcome its first tenants to a new park in Austin, Texas.
The Clarence-based developer began work on a second building in Commerce City, outside Denver. Plans call for a six-unit building with 7,812 square feet of professional, medical and dental office space. So far, 1,302 square feet have been leased to begin in September. The site already has a fully leased 10,416-square-foot building that opened last year.
In the Rochester suburb of Webster, North Forest is putting up a third building, with 11,656 square feet, at its Crosspointe Professional Park, to open in the fourth quarter. Future plans call for a fourth building, and the entire office park will feature a total of 50,096 square feet of office space when completed.
"The additional space will help us reach out to the growing number of business owners in both markets who have been searching for space that offers them the flexibility, low risk and security they need in establishing a presence for their businesses," Chief Operating Officer David Merrell said in a news release.
On the northeast side of Austin, the company's Heatherwilde Professional & Medical Center in Pflugerville will take its first tenants in the coming weeks. The facility now features 9,000 square feet, with ultimate plans for a total of 34,000 square feet.
"In the 25 years since we started North Forest, the key to our business has remained the same, and that is focusing on the customer to help develop solutions to meet the dynamic needs of their business," company founder Roy A. Jordan Jr. said.
