The Grandstand concerts at the Erie County Fair in Hamburg are running from classic rock to teen pop and modern country this week. The concerts kick off with Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and continue with a gig from the irascible Motor City Madman Ted Nugent (and guest Laura Wilde) at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

Though "The Voice" star-judge Blake Shelton's tried-and-true country songs will probably be the biggest draw among this lineup of shows -- Shelton headlines the Grandstand at 8 p.m. Thursday -- for my money, the go-to show at the Fair this week belongs to Boston.

Even though the angelic, powerful and soulful voice of co-founder and original singer Brad Delp is no longer with us, Boston's music -- pretty much the dictionary definition of "classic rock" by this point -- has managed to transcend its milieu. Mastermind, songwriter, producer and guitarist Tom Scholz is still steering the Boston ship, with the help of longtime cohort guitarist Gary Pihl. Boston performs at 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Rounding out the week will be a highly anticipated performance from Nashville pop-rock boy-band Hot Chelle Rae, with guests Allstar Weekend, at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
