Threat to classmate lands student in trouble

CAMBRIA—A Lyndonville youth was arrested Tuesday at the Orleans- Niagara Board of Cooperative Educational Services center here and charged with pulling a knife on a classmate.
Joshua J. Jones, 17, of North Main Street, was charged by Niagara County sheriff’s deputies with second-degree menacing.
The victim, a 16-year-old male from Niagara Falls, said he heard someone pounding on the door of the auto shop Tuesday afternoon and opened it to find Jones, angry that he hadn’t been let in sooner. Jones allegedly pulled out a folding knife and threatened him.
