Grand jury names three accused in DWI cases

LITTLE VALLEY—Indictments reported Thursday by a Cattaraugus County grand jury to Judge Larry M. Himelein name three people charged with driving while intoxicated:

• Robert E. Besok, 43, ofOlean— also was charged with obstructing a driveway, May 14 in the City of Olean. He will be arraigned Monday.

• Robert A. Whetstein, 47, of Kennedy— also charged with making an unsafe lane change April 29 in Randolph. No arraignment date was set.

• Wayde A. Matthias, 48, of Friendship— also charged with possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. No arraignment date was set.
