St. Catharines collision kills motorcyclist, 63

A 63-year-old Niagara Falls, Ont., man was fatally injured Sunday afternoon when his motorcycle collided with a car in St. Catharines, Niagara Regional Police reported.

The man, whose name has not been released, was riding his motorcycle westbound on Decew Road when he lost control of his vehicle, which went down and skidded into the path of an oncoming car.

The victim was taken to the Niagara Health Systems St. Catharines General Site, where he died later.

Anyone with any information on the accident is asked to call investigators at (905) 688-4111, Ext. 5500.
