Clarence man arrested on DWI charge in Concord

A Clarence man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after deputies investigated a report of a vehicle in a ditch on Creek Road in the Town of Concord about 4:30 p. m. Sunday, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office reports.

Thomas Taylor, 58, of Katie Lane, was taken to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, Springville, to be evaluated for injuries. He also agreed to have blood drawn for a blood-alcohol test, deputies said. He was released pending an appearance in Concord Town Court.
