37-month term imposed on admitted drug seller
Admitted drug seller Terrance Gidney, 36, of Buffalo, was sentenced Friday to three years and one month in federal prison.
Gidney pleaded guilty to possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, Assistant U. S. Attorney Thomas S. Duszkiewicz said.
In 2006, Gidney twice sold small amounts of crack to a confidential informant with the U. S. Drug Administration, he admitted to U. S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
