2 teens charged in theft from Hanover business

HANOVER—Two Chautauqua County teens were arrested Monday afternoon in connection with the alleged theft of vehicle parts from a Town of Hanover business, Chautauqua County sheriff’s officials reported.

Joshua J. DeVlieger, 18, of Flucker Hill Road, Forestville, was charged with petit larceny and criminal trespass and Steven P. Cardot, 18, of Center Road, Cassadaga, was charged with criminal trespass about 3:15 p. m.

DeVlieger was in custody in Cattaraugus County after officials there arrested him on an unrelated warrant. Cardot was issued a ticket to appear in Hanover Town Court.
