Husband, wife charged in domestic disturbance
A husband and wife in North Collins were arrested after a domestic disturbance Sunday morning.
Erie County sheriff’s deputies said the husband, John Stoll, 20, of Railroad Street, fought with them when they responded to a call at the couple’s house. They used pepper spray to subdue him and charged him with harassment and resisting arrest.
Mia Stoll punched her husband while he was being arrested, deputies said, and was charged with harassment.
