Story tools:

LITTLE VALLEY—Three people indicted this week by a Cattaraugus County grand jury on charges of driving while intoxicated are scheduled for arraignments Oct. 13.

James C. Jones, 38, of Lawtons, also was charged with traffic violations, failing to comply with a police order and having an open alcohol container in a vehicle April 4 in the Town of Perrysburg.

Jill D. Sarvis, 25, of Franklinville, was charged with DWI, driving without a license and a traffic violation April 1 in the City of Olean.

Paula J. Newell, 35, of Randolph, was indicted in two incidents on charges of DWI and parking unlawfully on a public highway. The first was April 1 in the Town of Leon, when she had a blood alcohol count of 0.18 percent, and the second was June 14 in the Town of Coldspring, when she had a reading of 0.21 percent, nearly three times the legal limit.
