Irving man indicted in sex abuse, burglary

LITTLE VALLEY—A Cattaraugus County grand jury has returned indictments that include charges of burglary and sexual abuse for an Irving man.

In a report Thursday to Judge Michael Nenno, the following were named:

Randy L. Hilliker Jr., 31, of Versailles- Irving Road, Irving, was indicted on charges of third-degree sexual abuse, for allegedly having sex with a female without her consent; two counts of second-degree harassment; and three counts of second-degree burglary. The crimes occurred Aug. 9, 2008, at a Main Street address in the Village of South Dayton, authorities said.

Michael Kuligowski, 49, of Ransomville was indicted on charges of driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and failure to stop at a stop sign, Oct. 1 in the City of Salamanca.
