Raid on Fredonia home yields weapons, charges

Story tools:

FREDONIA—An 18-year-old Eagle Street man was arrested on drug and weapons charges Thursday morning after authorities executed a search warrant at his home.

At 7:52 a. m., members of the village police, Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team conducted the search of the home of Andrew C. Pesicek, authorities said. He was arrested on a charge of

third-degree criminal possession and criminal sale of controlled substances. Police said they found a stun gun and sawed-off shotgun during the search and that Pesicek faces additional charges of third-and fourth-degree criminal weapons possession.

During previous undercover operations at the home, task force members seized marijuana and cocaine, police said.
