Two men deny guilt in separate cocaine cases

LOCKPORT—Two men pleaded not guilty to cocaine charges in separate Niagara County Court cases Monday.

Tyrone B. Bruce, 26, of Green Street, Lockport, is charged with two counts each of third-degree sale and possession of a controlled substance.

He allegedly sold cocaine to a paid police informant March 27 and 30 in the City of Lockport.

Frank W. Burch, 37, of Willow Avenue, Niagara Falls, denied charges of third-and fourth-degree cocaine possession and child endangerment. Police raided his home Aug. 8.
