Car stopped in Sheldon; driver, passenger charged
SHELDON—Two Southtowns residents face charges after state police stopped their vehicle Saturday on Route 20A for erratic driving.
Samuel D. Serafin, 19, of Lake View, was charged with driving while intoxicated by alcohol and drugs. He also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after troopers said they found a small amount in the vehicle.
A passenger, Michelle L. Grohman, 29, of Hamburg, was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child after troopers alleged that she provided alcohol to a 16-year-old girl in the vehicle.
