Man previously convicted of DWI now faces felony

Story tools:

A man who was previously convicted of driving while intoxicated was arrested on a felony DWI charge after deputies recorded a blood-alcohol limit far above the legal limit, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office said. Saturday.

Christopher Debicki, 42, of Rocky Glen Road, Cassadaga, was arrested on Brant Reservation Road at about 10:45 p. m. Friday by deputies and Seneca Nation marshals, police said.
