Man accused of trying to lure boy for sex
A man who allegedly tried to use the Internet to entice a 15-year-old boy to meet him in Batavia for sexual relations was indicted by a federal grand jury.
The U. S. attorney’s office said Dalton E. Wilke, 45, of Conesus, was arrested by FBI agents last August after he allegedly had sexually explicit online chats with an undercover agent whom he believed was 15.
Wilke has been indicted on felony charges of using the Internet to entice a minor into sexual activities, receiving child pornography and possession of child pornography, authorities said Tuesday.
