Felony DWI charged after traffic stop

BATAVIA—A Batavia resident has been charged with felony DWI after being pulled over Saturday for allegedly failing to keep right.
The Genesee County sheriff said Lynn R. Baker, 47, was stopped shortly after 9 p. m. while driving a Ford Explorer north on Harvester Avenue. Baker will be arraigned in Batavia City Court on July 1.
