Ohio woman faces charges of speeding, DWI
SALAMANCA—An Ohio woman was arrested on a charge of aggravated DWI early Saturday after she was caught allegedly speeding while attempting to enter onto Interstate 86 at Exit 20, Salamanca police said.
Jodi S. Stauffer, 38, of Toledo, Ohio, was allegedly going 49 mph on a 30 mph road when she was stopped at about 2:05 a. m. She was arrested and charges with DWI, aggravated DWI with a blood-alcohol reading of 0.18 percent or more, driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more, and speeding. Bail was set at $250 and was posted. She is due to appear back in Salamanca City Court on Friday for arraignment.
