ORANGEVILLE—A Pennsylvania man was injured seriously in a two-vehicle crash on Route 20A Wednesday, Wyoming County sheriff’s officials reported.

Matthew A. Baker, 19, of Harrison Valley, was eastbound and apparently crossed the center line, striking an oncoming vehicle driven by James M. Smith, no age listed, of Attica, police said.

Baker was freed from the wreckage and taken by ambulance to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester for treatment of what were described as serious injuries, police said.

Smith was taken by ambulance to Wyoming County Community Hospital, Warsaw, where he was treated and released.
