Deputies accuse two of drug possession
A complaint of suspicious youths Monday evening on Cattaraugus Road in the Town of Concord put two men in trouble with the law after they allegedly were found with drugs, Erie County sheriff’s officials reported.
Justin D. Griffith, 21, of Springville, and Nicholas J. Hamp, 21, of East Aurora, were arrested at about 8:45 p. m. Officers said they were found with Loritab tablets.
Griffith was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and taken to the Erie County Holding Center without bail. Hamp was charged with a misdemeanor drug count.
