A Clarence man was arrested early Tuesday on a variety of criminal charges after he fought with a gas station deliveryman on Main Street in the town, Erie County sheriff’s officials said.
Steven K. Krzykowski, 23, drove into the Noco station at 8925 Main St. at about 1:20 a. m. and fought with the deliveryman after demanding to enter his van.
Krzykowski was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, harassment, criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. A chemical test revealed Krzykowski had a 0.19 percent blood-alcohol level.
