Five charged with DWI after Dave Matthews show
State police made six arrests, five for driving while intoxicated, while conducting a DWI road check in Alden following the Dave Matthews Band concert Wednesday night at Darien Lake Theme Park Resort.
Troopers charged one of the people, Michael J. Burgler, 57, of Tonawanda, with aggravated DWI, accusing him of having a blood-alcohol content of 0.18 percent.
Charged with DWI were Dean C. McArthur, 41, of Lockport; John V. Sipowicz, 44, of Orchard Park; David B. Kraft, 27, of Buffalo; and Bernadette
M. McMindes, 37, of Newstead. Jared P. H. Stockwell, 18, of Clarence, was charged with marijuana possession.
