DARIEN—An Alexander man was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after he punched out a window at a Darien saloon early Saturday morning, Genesee County sheriff’s officials said.
John C. Townley, 33, of Broadway, was in an argument with another customer at My Saloon, according to reports. The employees told Townley to leave. While outside, Townley punched the front window of the bar, causing it to break, deputies said.
