Man, 3 teens arrested during drug raid in Olean
OLEAN—Police executing a search warrant Friday night at a Fulton Street address made four arrests in a raid that followed a monthlong investigation into drug sales in the city.
The Olean Police Street Crimes Unit conducted the drug raid at 10:20 p. m. Friday and arrested the target of their probe, Michael P. Kelley, the department said in a statement Sunday.
Kelley, 47, on parole for a previous drug conviction, is facing three felony drug possession charges and one misdemeanor charge.
Another resident of the Fulton Street home, Kathryn M. Kelley, 18, was charged with a violation for possession of marijuana. Her relationship to Michael Kelley wasn’t explained.
Jenna Shoup, 18, of Hinsdale, was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic needle, a misdemeanor. A 17-year-old male whose name wasn’t released also was charged with a violation for marijuana possession.
Cash and a large amount of heroin, marijuana, cocaine, pills and needles and other drug paraphernalia were confiscated.
