BATAVIA—An Oakfield man was charged over the weekend with driving while intoxicated after he was stopped by Genesee County sheriff’s deputies on a routine traffic stop, according to reports.

Kevin E. Moscicki, 21, of Lockport Road, was cited for an unsafe lane change and an improper right turn in addition to DWI when he was pulled over at about 2:30 a. m. Saturday at Kelsey Road and Route 5 in Batavia.

Moscicki was issued a ticket to appear in Batavia Town Court on April 27.
