Stafford man accused of pulling gun during fight

STAFFORD—A Stafford man faces charges of attempted assault and menacing after he allegedly pulled out a loaded rifle during an argument with another person at his Fargo Road home early Tuesday morning, Genesee County sheriff’s officials reported.
Michael A. Nicometo, 24, was taken to Genesee County Jail pending a future court appearance.
Police said Nicometo displayed a loaded rifle to another person with an intent to cause injury at about 4:40 a. m. He was taken into custody by deputies without incident.
