Five await deportation as illegal aliens in Le Roy

BERGEN—Five alleged illegal aliens living in Le Roy were apprehended early Sunday morning in Bergen and now await deportation, Genesee County sheriff’s officials reported.

Efrain Jose Cruz-Hernandez, 22; Jose Moroles-Perez, 18; Hector Perez- Ramirez, 42; Mateo Torres-Ramos, 24; and Valentin Campos-Baltazar, 32, were all charged with unlawful entry by an alien, a violation of federal law, when they were found by authorities on Jerico Road at about 3 a. m.

All five were turned over to the U. S. Border Patrol for formal charges and deportation, sheriff’s authorities said.
