Oakfield man faces felony DWI charge
BERGEN—An Oakfield man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after he was stopped by state troopers Wednesday morning on Route 33 in Bergen, state police said.
Timothy Grice, 47, was initially pulled over for a traffic violation when he was found to allegedly be driving drunk, police said. Besides felony DWI, Grice was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
He was arraigned in Bergen Town Court and taken to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail, pending another appearance in court Monday.
