17-year-old accused of molesting girl, 3
A Buffalo youth has been charged with sexually abusing a 3-year-old girl.
Matthew J. Baker, 17, of Ontario Street, was arrested at about 12:50 a. m. in Buffalo Police Headquarters, according to a police report.
He was accused of removing the girl’s clothes Friday while she was sleeping. Baker was charged with second- degree aggravated sexual abuse, a Class C felony.
The girl was treated in the emergency room at Women and Children’s Hospital.
