Lancaster police accuse woman, 23, of prostitution
Lancaster police have arrested a 23- year-old central New York woman on a prostitution charge after an undercover officer said he made a deal to pay her $130 for a sexual act.
Detectives Donald Lynch and Edward Wojtal charged Heide Hahn, 23, of Munnsville, with prostitution, possession of a hypodermic instrument and possession of a controlled substance on Thursday afternoon.
A man identified by police as her lookout, Richard Tillotson, 53, of Lockport, was charged with promoting prostitution and obstructing governmental administration, according to police records.
Police launched the undercover operation after receiving a tip that a woman was involved in prostitution and possible drug activity in a Lancaster hotel. The undercover officer contacted the woman through craigslist. com, police said.
