At about 10:15 p. m., someone called 911 to complain about an intoxicated man who was making threats and discharging firearms outside a residence, deputies said.
Timothy W. Donner, 44, who was taken into custody without incident, fired rounds from at least two long guns, authorities said. No one was injured.
Donner was charged with second-degree menacing, trespassing, unlawful possession of marijuana and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling.
He was arraigned in Leon Town Court and was being held in Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
