Woman, 42, accused of forging prescription
BATAVIA — An Alexander woman has been charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office announced Saturday.
Tabatha A. Torcello, 42, of Broadway Road, was arrested after she was found in possession of a forged prescription at a Target store in Batavia. She was arraigned in the Town of Batavia court and was taken to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
