Threats with chain saw result in charges
A North Harmony man is facing charges after a woman said he threatened her Saturday with a chain saw.
Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies responded to a domestic call at about 3:20 a. m. at the suspect’s house at 2851 Open Meadows Road. A woman told police Rodney Austin, 39, had threatened her with a running chain saw inside the house. Austin was charged with menacing and reckless endangerment.
