Dunkin’ Donuts offering discount lattes
NEW YORK (AP) — Dunkin’ Donuts will offer small lattes for 99 cents as part of a new push to entice cash-strapped consumers to take a late-day coffee break. The lattes will be sold for the lower price Monday through Friday from 2 p. m. to 5 p. m. The regular price of a small latte is between $2.59 and $2.79.
The deal follows a recent promotion from competitor Starbucks Corp. in which consumers were able to get any iced beverage for $2 after 2 p. m. with a receipt from earlier in the day.
