Program to aid homebuyers

Story tools:

Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Buffalo is launching its “Make Your Move” program to help families achieve their goals of homeownership.

The program provides a single place to learn about the home-buying process, resolve prolbems that prevent home ownership, find out about available loan programs, and contact community professionals who can help. CCCS also provides counseling services even after the purchase is closed.

The program is free and is specifically designed for first-time homebuyers or people who have not purchased a home recently. The West Senecabased nonprofit organization will hold a workshop on Saturday from 9:30 a. m. to 3:30 p. m. at its offices at 40 Gardenville Parkway, Suite 300.
