Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Edward Peters of Wheatfield, formerly of Grand Island, announce the engagement of their daughter Miss Alison Michele Peters to Adam Thomas Van Horn, Lieutenant Junior Grade, United States Navy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Van Horn of Amherst, New Hampshire. An April wedding in Virginia Beach, Virginia is being planned.

Recently with Johns Hopkins Medicine, Baltimore, Miss Peters, a graduate of Utica College, now works as a Physical Therapist in Virginia Beach. Mr. Van Horn, a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York, is stationed at Little Creek Amphibious Base, Norfolk.
