Carrie and Jarod were married October 2, 2009 at Blessed Sacrament Church, Buffalo, NY. The ceremony was followed by a reception at the Mansion on Delaware Avenue. Carrie is the daughter of Robert and Maryann McElroy of Buffalo. Jarod is the son of Joseph and Karen Masci of Bemus Point. Carrie and Jarod, each the fifth of six children, were overjoyed to have all of their siblings attend and be able to share in their wedding celebration.

The bride received her law degree from the University at Buffalo in 2008. The groom received his medical degree from UB in 2008 and is a Psychiatry Resident. They are looking forward to their February 2010 honeymoon.
