LOCKPORT – Five new vendors, including sellers of locally raised meat, free-range eggs and art, will join the Lockport Community Market from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday on Canal Street, according to Heather B. Peck, program manager of Lockport Main Street.

Other new events will include psychic crayon readings and music by Celtic Cross Duo and by the bluegrass team of Ted Lambert and Bob Farmer.

The nearby Erie Canal Discovery Center also has a lineup of Saturday activities, including a children’s craft session at 11 a.m. and a children’s book fair and the reading and signing of the new kids book “Jake Grape and the Lost Ball,” by Carol and Ryan Caisse, at noon.
