Computer Task Group will once again trade as CTG.
The Buffalo-based information technology company switched its stock trading symbol to CTGX from CTG in 2006, when the company moved from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Stock Market. The NYSE reserved the CTG symbol, forcing CTG to add the “X” to its symbol with Nasdaq. The Securities and Exchange Commission later approved an agreement allowing companies more flexibility to carry their symbols from one exchange to another.
CTG recently learned its old symbol was once again available, and it will officially make the switch at the start of trading on Monday.
