The Town Highway Superintendents Association of Erie County elected Frederick J. Piasecki Jr. president for the 2013-14 term. Piasecki is the highway superintendent of the Town of Orchard Park. The Concord Grape Belt Heritage Association recently opened an information center, retail outlet and tasting room at the Grape Discovery Center at 8305 W. Main Road, Westfield, in Chautauqua County.
