True Community Development Corporation, a 501c3 entity of Buffalo’s True Bethel Baptist Church, named Janice White executive director. White currently serves as the administrator of True Bethel. She is a graduate of Buffalo State College and has a master’s degree from Medaille College.

Wyoming County Community Health System promoted Michael Corcimiglia to chief operating officer. Corcimiglia has also worked at Kaleida Health System and TLC Health Network (Lakeshore Hospital). Corcimiglia is a Rochester Institute of Technology graduate.

M&T Bank promoted Michael M. Reilly to group vice president in its Finance Division. Reilly has been with the bank for four years. He received his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and MBA from The Wharton School. Also, the bank promoted Deana M. Summerson to group vice president in its Human Resources Division. A Medialle College graduate, Summerson has been with the bank for 27 years.

The Food Bank of Western New York named Jennifer Kurzdorfer marketing and development manager. She was with Wegmans for 23 years and is a SUNY Buffalo College graduate. Also, the agency named Mike Billoni public and community relations director.

Kideney Architects appointed Raymond J. Bednarski, president and CEO of the firm. Bednarski, a partner and principal of the firm since 2009, is joined by fellow principals, Joseph J. Lenahan, Anthony E. Gorski, and Timothy E. Kupinski. Bednarski has been with the firm for more than 23 years; Lenahan, 25 years; Gorski, 23 years; Kupinski, one year.

Sage Investment Group appointed Sandra A. Barry vice president. Barry was formerly a financial consultant with CCO Investment Services Corp. She received her MBA from the University at Buffalo.

Independent Health appointed Lori Ferraraccio director of servicing. Ferraraccio was vice president, customer contact centers at First Niagara Financial Group. She also was president of Gardei Industries, a small print manufacturing business, and owned Sales Advantage Associates.

Trautman Associates appointed Richard K. Druzcz a professional engineer, Robert M. Weaver a civil and structural engineer and Melissa C. Englert a mechancial engineer. Druzcz holds a master’s degree from Warsaw Polytechnic in Poland. Weaver holds a bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Englert holds a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo.

Merrill Lynch appointed Stephen Nicholson first vice president in its Williamsville office. Nicholson, a CFP, is a St. Bonaventure University graduate. Also, the firm named Kevin S. Klein vice president. Klein has a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University and a MBA from Case Western Reserve University. In addition, the firm named John Byron assistant vice president. He is a Buffalo State College graduate.

Buffalo Niagara Partnership appointed Bryan Roth business development manager, CanAm. Roth was political-economic relations and public affairs officer with the Consulate General of Canada. He is a University at Buffalo graduate.

BlackDog Strategy and Brand has opened an office in the Sacramento, Calif., area. MaryJayne Zemer, BlackDog’s chief idea officer will launch the new office.
