LOCKPORT – A Depew woman who formerly worked at the Metro Mattress store in Niagara Falls was arraigned Thursday in State Supreme Court on charges of stealing four customers’ credit card numbers and using them to go shopping herself, Niagara County Assistant District Attorney Laura T. Bittner said.

Donna L. Liberatore, 40, of Seabert Avenue, pleaded not guilty to two counts each of third- and fourth-degree grand larceny, three counts of first-degree identity theft and one count each of second-degree identity theft and scheming to defraud.

Bittner said Liberatore allegedly made “several thousand dollars’ worth” of purchases at Metro Mattress and at Mary Kay Cosmetics in May and June of last year.
