Nearly 30 trucks and buses will pull into Buffalo early Monday when the “Raw” crew arrives to shoot the WWE live event. Setup begins at 8 a.m., and everything is “TV-ready” by 4 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. show in the First Niagara Center.

Here are some of the staggering numbers needed to pull off the event, from the nearly 80,000 bulbs in the HD set to the 180 pounds of chicken cooked to feed the crew and entertainers:

Roughly six miles of cable, 48 speakers, 12 cameras, 79,872 bulbs in the HD set and 2,800 pieces of pyro (plus one mile of “pyro cable”) are needed for each TV taping. The WWE typically hires about 100 local crew members per show.
