OK, let’s just say it: We love the Rock. And we love him as plain old Dwayne Johnson, too. We’ll catch his new action drama “Snitch,” opening today (see review on Page 4), but we’re even more eager to see him as the Rock – AKA the reigning WWE champion – live at “WWE Monday Night Raw” on March 4 in the First Niagara Center. Yes, he’s a monster in the ring, but we love that he’s not afraid to be a gentle giant in movies for kids. Take a look.

“The Game Plan” (2007). As a spoiled, star quarterback, his life changes dramatically when he discovers he has a daughter.

“The Tooth Fairy” (2010). He’s a hockey player who has to make up for his bad deeds by spending a week as – you guessed it – the tooth fairy.

“Journey 2: The Mysterious Island” (2012). In this sequel, Johnson joins his stepson on a quest to find the teen’s missing grandfather lost on a mythical island.

“Race to Witch Mountain” (2009). Johnson plays a cabbie who helps two kids with special powers evade the bad guys.

“The Scorpion King” (2002). He was still billed as the Rock when he played the title role in this spinoff from “The Mummy Returns.”
