SINCLAIRVILLE—A South Stockton woman was jailed in lieu of $2,000 bail after allegedly ramming another woman’s car with her vehicle Friday night on Main Street here, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report.
Carmen R. Clutter, 33, was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, reckless driving and other traffic violations.
Deputies said Clutter struck a car driven by Maureen L. Gray, 29, of Sinclairville, in which Gray’s 6-year-old daughter was a passenger, then followed Gray down Main Street and pushed Gray’s car into an intersection. When Gray left after a short verbal confrontation, Clutter allegedly went to Gray’s home and physically attacked her there, deputies said.
