Colden man charged in second DWI arrest

A Colden man was arrested for driving while intoxicated for the second time in two years Friday.
Bret L. Shelley, 24, was charged with felony DWI after Erie County sheriff’s deputies said he committed several traffic infractions on State Road in Colden. Deputies said Shelley was convicted of DWI in 2008.
