Jamaican citizen is due in court on murder charge

FORT ERIE, Ont.—A Jamaican citizen wanted in the United Kingdom on a murder charge is expected in court today for continuing proceedings in the case against him, Canada Border Services Agency officials reported Wednesday.
Authorities arrested Orlando R. Stewart, no age listed, on the Canadian side of the Peace Bridge on May 9 for possessing a fraudulent document after he traveled on a bus from New York City to Canada and allegedly offered a fraudulent passport. |
On July 10, Stewart was sentenced to time served plus one day.
